By accessing and using the services provided by Fast Mold Testing Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services Description
Fast Mold Testing Co. provides professional mold inspection and testing services using advanced AI-powered technology. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Visual mold inspection
- Air quality testing and analysis
- Surface sampling and testing
- Moisture detection and mapping
- Comprehensive reporting and recommendations
- Post-remediation verification testing
Scheduling and Appointments
Booking Requirements
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system
- Property access must be provided during scheduled inspection times
- Client or authorized representative must be present during inspection
- Adequate lighting and electrical access must be available
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost
- No-shows may be charged the full inspection fee
Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
- All prices are quoted in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- Additional sampling or testing beyond the standard scope may incur extra charges
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Electronic bank transfers (ACH)
- Cash payments (with prior arrangement)
- Business checks (with approved credit)
Inspection Limitations
Scope of Inspection
Our inspections are limited to accessible areas of the property. We cannot inspect:
- Areas that require destructive testing without prior authorization
- Inaccessible spaces (sealed walls, foundations, etc.)
- Areas deemed unsafe by our inspector
- Properties with active remediation in progress
Sampling Limitations
- Air samples represent conditions at the time of sampling only
- Surface samples are limited to accessible areas
- Results may vary based on environmental conditions
- Sampling cannot detect all possible mold species
Reports and Results
Report Delivery
- Reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of inspection
- Reports are provided in digital format unless otherwise requested
- Additional copies or formats may be available for an additional fee
- Reports remain the property of the client who commissioned the inspection
Report Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in all our testing and reporting, environmental conditions and sampling limitations may affect results. Our reports represent conditions at the time of inspection and sampling only.
Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific inspection in question. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Property damage not directly caused by our negligence
- Health issues or medical expenses
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Decisions made based on our reports
Professional Standards
Our inspections are conducted according to industry standards including ASTM D7391-20 and other applicable guidelines. However, mold inspection is not an exact science, and results may vary.
Client Responsibilities
Property Preparation
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to all areas to be inspected
- Disclosing known hazards or safety concerns
- Ensuring utilities (electricity, water) are available if needed
- Securing pets and ensuring inspector safety
- Not disturbing suspected mold areas before inspection
Information Accuracy
- Providing accurate contact and property information
- Disclosing relevant property history (water damage, previous mold issues, etc.)
- Informing us of any changes to property conditions before inspection
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fast Mold Testing Co. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy and Data Protection

Dispute Resolution

Modifications to Terms

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
