To my surprise, Josh from Fast Mold Testing contacted me right away! I had never done a mold inspection before, and Josh took the time to explain the entire process. He walked me through the different testing options and the pricing for each one. I asked many questions and he answered every single one with patience. Within an hour he arranged for an inspector, Ivan, to come out the very next day. Ivan even messaged me that same evening to confirm the appointment. On the day of the inspection, Ivan arrived on time and put on his own shoe covers the moment he stepped into my unit.
